Vice President Development
Katie Neff focuses on creating original formats, discovering unique talent, and executing sizzles and pilots for High Noon’s voluminous slate of new projects. She reports to SVP Scott Feeley and supervises a ten-person team based within both the Los Angeles and Denver offices. Most recently she has developed and sold projects to networks including HGTV, Animal Planet, Food Network, Travel Channel, and Discovery – including HGTV’s top-rated series Fixer Upper and Good Bones. She currently overlooks a robust queue of projects in genres ranging from home renovation and food, to adventure, travel, docu, crime, and survival.
Katie began her career in the New York City publishing world, where she worked as an editor at O at Home (an Oprah publication) and Country Living magazines. Her strong background in editorial storytelling, writing, and styling allowed for a seamless transition into the world of unscripted television. Katie received her BA in Communication from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA.
