Executive Vice President Operations
Brad oversees the operation of High Noon’s Los Angeles office and focuses on new business development, including strategic partnerships, syndication, and branded content. In addition, Brad oversees all business and legal affairs for the company, comprising network, talent, and producer negotiations, production legal matters, and pre-broadcast review issues. He also advises the company on employment, insurance and other risk management matters. In 2013, Brad worked with High Noon CEO Jim Berger in connection with the strategic sale of a controlling interest in High Noon to ITV, the UK’s leading commercial broadcaster and global format producer and distributor.
Prior to joining High Noon, Brad was a founding partner of Doyle & Miller, LLP, an entertainment transactional boutique based in Los Angeles, where he represented clients in the entertainment industry, including AMC Networks, Comcast Entertainment Group, Disney ABC Cable Networks Group, High Noon Entertainment, and MTV Networks. Brad also has worked as in-house transactional counsel for the Disney ABC Cable Networks Group and Warner Bros. Television, and as a litigator in the Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where he represented media and entertainment companies in defamation, invasion of privacy, and copyright cases. Along the way, Brad worked on numerous hit television shows, including The Walking Dead, Hell on Wheels, Greek, Smallville, and Extra! Brad is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and received an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
