Senior Vice President of Development
Jill Schwartz is an industry veteran with a passion for identifying breakout talent and creating successful formats across all media platforms. Supervising the company’s development teams in both LA and Denver, she is responsible for generating new sales to domestic and international broadcast and cable networks, in addition to emerging platforms including Redbull Media, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix and others. In less than one year with High Noon, Jill has created new network development deals with ABC Family, Nickelodeon, Oxygen, and TLC, in addition to a myriad of celebrity and Showrunner deals.
Previously, Jill served as Senior Vice President of Alternative Programming & Development for Fox Television Studios where she was in charge of the studio’s unscripted development and programming. She shepherded dozens of hit series at Fox, including The Girls Next Door (E!), Kendra (E!), Holly’s World (E!), The Wanda Sykes Show (Fox), Talkshow with Spike Feresten (Fox) and The Great Escape (TNT). Prior to Fox TV Studios, Jill spent ten years at FremantleMedia North America where she oversaw production on the first five seasons of American Idol as well as the hit game shows Family Feud, Match Game, and To Tell the Truth. She also served as the international liaison for Fremantle Worldwide, overseeing formats including The Apprentice, America’s Got Talent, American Inventor and Thank God You’re Here.
