Senior Vice President of Development & Current Programming
Scott Feeley is the lead creative voice behind the entire High Noon portfolio, including HGTV’s Fixer Upper, TLC’s Cake Boss, Animal Planet’s Dr. Dee, Alaska Vet, and Travel Channel’s Xtreme Screams – an active slate of more than twenty-five series and specials. Scott also supervises High Noon's development staff – a team of a dozen producers, editors, and casters in both the Denver and Los Angeles offices – and works closely with VP of Development, Katie Neff, on all High Noon pitches and sizzles. With almost two decades of experience in the television industry as a producer, director, writer, and editor, Scott often serves as the lead producer or director on new projects, and personally edits and polishes cuts of sizzles, pilots, first run, and even established series. The goal – to make certain that all of High Noon’s programming has a strong creative vision and unique voice.
Scott came to High Noon from Pilgrim Films and Television where he was Showrunner for series including American Chopper, which, under Scott’s guidance, was the highest rated program on Discovery Channel, and one of the biggest hits on all of cable. Scott’s High Noon credits include TLC’s Cake Boss and Next Great Baker, History’s Warriors, and Discovery Channel’s Dude, You’re Screwed.
