Sonny Hutchison, a co-founding partner of High Noon, has broad responsibility over High Noon’s legal and business affairs, including insurance, rights & releases and employment matters. On the creative side, Sonny also serves as executive producer on a variety of series and specials.
An award-winning producer and photographer, Sonny was a Cinematography Fellow at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles. He has an extensive background in local TV news, including stints at Louisville’s CBS affiliate WHAS-TV and Denver NBC affiliate KUSA-TV, where he was DP for the affiliate’s award-winning documentary unit. He was a producer on the award winning documentary series How The West Was Lost for The Discovery Channel and he has produced and directed a number of films for the National Park Service including projects for Zion National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Shenandoah National Park. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport.
